I’m a 49-year-old woman interested in testing how AI can serve as an inspiration and writing assistant. I live in Finland with my husband and our lovely golden retriever.

At one day, when I was going to work by bus, I was browsing the news on my mobile phone. I found it to be very depressing and distressing at the moment. I thought it would be wonderful to read something that takes the mind off the ongoing wars in the world, climate change and all the things that the news brings to our attention every day. I wanted to create something that I would like to read myself. Something that I could reflect on when sitting on the bus on the way to work. Something that would bring inspiration and energy to my day. Not forgetting, of course, a touch of mysticism and interpretation of the things that life brings our way.

As a middle-aged person who is trying to keep up with the busy pace of everyday life, I am not able to write or make podcasts taking hours of my time each week. To make everything quick and easy, I have to use artificial intelligence. For the text I’m using ChatGPT and Google NotebookLM. I write a theme and ideas for each post by myself, but ChatGPT and Google NotebookLM create the actual posts. For the podcast I’m using Google NotebookLM and async. Photos on the async/Spotify podcasts are taken by myself when travelling. For the blog posts and podcasts I have tried to choose such topics that there is no write or wrong perspective on the topic. However, AI might refer to some scientific details explaining human behavior which may not be accurate.

I’m doing this project for myself, but I hope others will benefit from it too. For someone it can bring the joy of reading and experiencing the reflections (for example, on the bus on the way to work). For someone, the blog can provide further insight into how AI can serve in projects like this.
